10 years of Outsourcing
Unit stands out for quality, team involvement and customer trust
Outsourcing was one of the first service variations offered by FH in a structured and commercial way. This iniciated the trajectory of this unit 10 years ago. Today represents between 12 and 15% of the total company counting with 70 professionals highly qualified.
The most important unit solution still remains the AMS suite and its offsets. “Our unit is growing organically on average 20% a year. With this we have one of the bests FH results”, says Eduardo Arantes, Head of Business Unit Outsourcing. Other solutions worth mentioning are the Test Factory for products and software, and Software Factory, an alternative for customers who prefer to outsource the process of developing their specifications and technological processes.
For Eduardo, experience, unique dedication to SAP solutions, commitment to quality and retention of talents has made the fidelity of its customers. “Our customernumber 1 is still with us and has recently renewed his contract with FH, even after we have gone through different management, acquisitions and mergers over time. This is proof that we are on the right track and the market recognizes our professionalism” he adds.
New challenges for Outsourcing Unity
While the market deems the service as a commodity, FH Outsourcing seeks to differentiate itself constantly. The structure of the unit counts on the so-called Delivery Managers, that is, professionals with more experience that are reference both for the client – that resorts to him in critical moments – as for the internal team, that relies on its holistic vision and expertise.
Today the unit can deliver solutions in SAP and Microsoft and Java. In fact, the great challenge of unity is to innovate. “Our technology still relies heavily on our human capital. Which is good, because we have a team that we trust. However, technological developments require the application of new solutions, such as systems and self-service based on artificial intelligence, in order to benefit from a better customer experience, especially in support of high complexity systems of configurable systems such as ERP and E-commerce” he explains.
In this line enters Camaleo, which has been growing as a service within Outsourcing. The unit is in the implementation phase of the solution in a client that will focus on three initial applications: performance evaluation, manager approvals workflow and infrastructure monitoring with chat. “These applications are being developed remotely from our Software Factory giving more competitiveness in the service and justifying the client’s investment in Camaleo”, finishes Eduardo.
